My great friend Annalise Attreed put this drawing in my class one day when I was having a bad day. What do you do to show others they matter, you care, it will get better?

Her gratitude and care has impact because she took the time to personalize it. When we make something unique, no matter how small or simple, or when we buy something that keeps that person squarely in our heart and mind, then gratitude and concern move beyond rote human response.
